Bro homeopathy has cured my mother kidney stones. And the surgeon himself said my mother look for homeopathic alternative. She got first stone remove by laser surgery. Second was from homeopathy.
(What actually happened that taking medicine increased water intake hence stone got passed)
      Or the medicine actually helped.

"Like cures like" with "diluted versions of something that causes the disease" is probably how homeopathy stuck. When it doesn't help, it does nothing. But if it is doing so using certain viruses or bacteria taken from other sick people, you have essentially created a vaccine. An absolutely glorious irony regarding homeopathy believers.

So if it doesn't work, it does nothing. But when it helped, it could potentially REALLY help.

I would argue that homeopathy probably became vaccines in much the same way that superstitious alchemy became chemistry.

Homoeopathy is miracle.. In chronic disease... We're there is no gross pathological damage to the organ.. Allopathy is great in emergency.. Life saving.. Prolonged intack of allopathy leads to severe side effect.. So for safety homoeopathy for emergency Allopathy.. Both are good in there own pillars.

For me.....when I do homeopathic medicine I don't freaking buy shit from snake oil salesman. I use the actual ingredients.
Ex. Vicks is great for helping ease congestion. Vicks is made with petroleum jelly, eucalyptus oil and camphor. So I buy eucalyptus oil and camphor oil, put them into a humidifier and breathe in the steam. Does the same damn thing as the Vicks without having to waste petroleum or paying a much higher price.

it doesn't matter which system of medicine work... u can call it sugar water or not... but the fact is that even if u take modern world medicine (allopathy) if your body won't react to it u will die.... yes homeopathy drugs are prove in human.... modern medicine prove there drugs in lower animals.... so are u saying proving on human is wrong and you accept that your body is exactly react like lower animal....
one more thing tell me why modern medicine... keep on changing there drugs after few years the medicine will be banned or not permitted to sale because they are considered dangerous to human.... and please name at least one real drugs that has been banned from homeopathic drugs.....leave placebo... there alot more of drugs other from belladonna that can treat u accordingly to your modalities...every human is unique... even Identical twin are unique in there own way.... FYI they treat human not animals... behavior of animals and humans are completely different.... if you want to talk shit about homeopathy please do your research deeply... not superficial

Research is key. If you buy shit from a mass producer it will be crap. But if you actually do real research you will find that there are remedies that do work because the ingredients actually work.
                                Simple example.
                                Vicks has 3 primary ingredients
                                Petroleum jelly
                                Eucalyptus oil

If you buy a bottle of 100% eucalyptus oil and a bottle of champor oil then put 3 to 5 drops of each into hot water breathing in the steam will do the same thing Vicks does without wasting petroleum and those bottles will last a Heck of a lot longer.

Snake oil salesman are just that, fakes.

                                1) You do not understand the placebo effect.
                                2) You do not want to understand the placebo effect, because having your homeopathic nonsense confirmed is more important to you than finding the truth. You rather spread and believe in lies than finding out that you were wrong.
                                3) Neither you, nor anybody else, has any scientific evidence that homeopathic is more than a placebo effect.
                                4) Neither you, nor anybody else, can explain in detail how homeopathy would work.

You are either a scam artist or don't care about what is true.

If you are so convinced that it works, why don't you prove that it works? Approach other scientists, conduct a large scale experiment and prove to the world that homeopathy works.
You'd be the first person in history capable of doing that. You'd become instantly rich and famous. You'd prove that homeopathy would be more than a billion dollar scam to sell sugar water to those in desperate and rob them offtheir money.

@Narendra Kumar _"Yes there must be research on how it works ...., just criticising as placebo effect just dnt make any sense..."_
It has been researched. The result is:
                                1) It doesn't work any better than the normal placebo effect.
                                2) Nobody can explain in detail how it could theoretically work.

If nobody can explain how it could work, and if nobody can prove that it works, and if experiments show that it does not work... why on Earth do you defend this nonsense? Because you earn your money that way?

_"How does it work on newborn

In other words: you don't know a lot about the placebo effect.

You are not interested in the truth. Same as highly religious people, you just choose what you would like to be true, and pretend that it is true, even if it's not.

Does anyone know how much scientific evidence is behind meditation, yoga or tai chi? Isn’t there some kind of reason why Japan has the longest lifespan of any country in statistics? What about Asian countries in general compared to the rest of the world? Oh come on. Asian food is also just healthier. Just look it up online if you want to know more.

In all fairness, you should now make a video on the fraudulant and corruptness of the allopathy as well. Treats the symptoms not the cause! Atleast be fair in your comparison. Your comparison made it look like that the early homeopath were giving water and sugar pills to people with war wounds! Ofcourse they would not.. So a good comparison would be a life-long allopathic medicine which I have to take for ages, with little to no real effect except numbing my body to the pain (steroids and opioids) .. How does that sound for "MEDICINE". I got fixed for my recurring headache, I just have to continue chugging down drugs like a junkie!

                                    1) The promises made by homeopathy describing doctors are lies.
                                    2) By spreading the belief in homeopathy, you are spreading ignorance. You are teaching people that magical miracle tinctures are true. You are trying to drag mankind back into barbarism.
                                    3) The billions of money stolen from people that way could be spent on something useful, rather than dumbing people down.
                                    4) Homeopathic promises can lead to people not going to the doctor for getting actual help, and rather relying on magic and sugar water. This can lead to them going to the doctor when it's too late.

Other issues with modern medicine is (1) Hospitals and medical professionals selling souls to Big Pharma and (2) A lack of natural and preventative measures before administration of medicine, and (3) Lack of compassion and patient-centered care.

The benefits, however, include the scientific rigor and evaluations of modern medicine. This video is absolutely on the money. I have four homeopathic doctors in my family. They all live in India. They are really fun-loving, but namely ignore the fact that their health practice really does nothing for their patients. Their patients are mostly poor and they can offer their services very cheap. With India's largely spiritual population, the "placebo" effect is greater with homeopathic treatment than normal. Poor people who can't afford allopathic care look on homeopathic doctors with revery and honor, almost like a priest.

It's bizarre, but in predominantly religious and science-ignorant societies, I feel the placebo effects of homeopathy can actually rival modern medicine.

Perhaps even homeopathic doctors don't know why, but homeopathic remedies work often

We live in a world where we still give incredibly dangerous and toxic allopathic remedies such as accutane to teenagers for mild acne - even when allopathic remedies work, they often come with horrendous side effects

Perhaps time to expand your horizons slightly

And without them, lots of people would die or suffer horribly. But it's easy to call medicine evil if you don't depend on it, I guess.

How would you estimate the actual effectiveness of the placebo effect? Knowing that it is primarily working on people ignorant of its inner workings, how much does homeopathy affects credulity in your opinion? Following this question, how much of an hazard does homeopathy creates that luring people into thinking they will get better... instead of getting real meds? Finally, how much weight does the wellness argument bears when homeopathy is in direct competition with actual services like psychology, massage, spa and the likes? Their effects are not very different, but their services are real, unlike those out of price sugar pills or sips of water. Ones are harmless services with actual work. The others are overpriced sugar and water sold as a lie.
