Future humans will see almost empty sky, except the Milky Way. Oh... wait... there won't be any future humans. Just machines. Who cares then. Let the machine be confused.

                    Such an enigmatic person...

And for those who say he is arrogant... well I'd say he's earned the right to firmly persist on his beliefs... and use grounded logic and relative facts to be so.

We haven't discovered all the mysteries of our own planet yet, let alone having explored it all, yet there are people worrying about things that are not going to solve any of the crap that is happening on Earth right here and now. We call these people "intelligent"!

What is WRONG with the human race? If it IS a race, we lost before we even entered it.

As a sceptic what should keep Tyson up, is giving us a "natural" explanation for how everything came from absolutely nothing when past [time] is FINITE. Hint Hawking's farcical idea that an "abstract law like gravity created the universe out of nothing" is about as desperate as an atheist gets. But then it was a great line to get his last book on the best sellers' list. Matter can only exist in the dimension of time. The infinite regress fallacy tells us that there cant be a past eternal series of finite physical events or states. Conclusion Creation ex nihilo is the only possible explanation

Knowing this we can calculate the gravity they exert on the system. And even knowing this the predicted value of attraction or repulsion of the galaxies doesn't approach what we observe. He stated that 85% of missing gravity (mass) is unaccounted for. I think this value is closer to 90% but let's say it's 85%. As well as dark energy. That's a very large discrepancy. Yet it is real. The mathematics and physics for the known universe are already worked out not by just a single theorist. But by hundreds of them and they all come to the same conclusion. Evidently, we don't know what dark energy or dark matter (gravity) is. We can't see it or detect it with a machine, yet we know it is out there. Maybe someone in the future will be the next Einstein who will figure it out.

It's not that I don't believe in Jesus or the spirits but that Christianity is a lesser spirituality and philosophy. It is a finery of God and the sciences like all of them but cheap. We cannot have vast empires of the common and ignorant but an empire must be greater in the vast traditions, especially science, mathematics, and spirituality which are inextricably linked at their root and core. That is why the Spanish attempts failed in the Americas. They simply catered to the common and although they had connections, Christendom was still all the rage. Many important branches were pruned from both Christianity and Judaism because they are simply inappropriate for the common denominator. These branches are still vital for an empire of understanding. You will wake up and Jesus is still your prince, yes, but a prince in the least of a kingdom in many ways and there are kingdoms of understanding greater than His on earth. Join the Darkside, Luke! It's worth the battle even under subjugation for it's truths. Many like Galileo and Newton, or the alchemists are famous for it. I don't need a lesser Jedi or a weak "Tower" or "Rose," so to speak. The Dark side only leads to a greater good and it's journey is still one of enlightenment.

Unfortunately, there are too many uneducated, lowbrow, low I.Q., Dim-witted,dimbulb's on this planet whom wield far too much power and sway over what we see, hear and think, especially here in our once, great, good, old,USofA!!! The lack of education in this country is stunning and quite frankly, frightening to me! This is what keeps us from achieving any noticable gains with all the problems we have as a society! We are barely above the level of our ancestors, tribalistic, neanderthals flinging our feces at each other! I do hold out hope for humanity that we can eventually achieve the greatness that we all carry inately inside our collective consciousness!
